Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on destination and courier processes, and usually takes 6–12 business days.

While we cannot guarantee courier timelines, we do everything possible to prepare and dispatch your order quickly and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Tracking information will be sent via email or SMS when your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If the parcel has already shipped, Ferr cannot guarantee changes or rerouting.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a customer who has made a purchase through this website (a distance selling transaction) is entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the later of:

• The date on which the product was received by the customer; or

• The date on which the customer received the transaction details, as required by law.

The customer is not required to provide a reason for the cancellation.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email indigesoff@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Once the return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges for size or color are available depending on stock.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Terms of Use

By using Ferr’s website or placing an order, you agree to our terms. Orders placed are offers to purchase; we may refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or stock issues. Prices may change at any time but do not affect confirmed orders.

We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate, though slight variations may occur. Ferr is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. These terms may be revised as needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ferr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other loss or damage, arising out of or related to the use or misuse of our products.

All products are used at the customer’s own risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the product in accordance with the provided instructions and for its intended purpose only.

Nothing in this policy shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Age Restriction

By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Our products are intended for purchase and use by adults only. We do not knowingly sell products to individuals under the age of 18.

משלוחים

אנו מציעים משלוחים לכל רחבי העולם.

הזמנות מעובדות בתוך 1–3 ימי עסקים

לאחר שליחת ההזמנה, זמני האספקה משתנים בהתאם ליעד ולתהליכי חברת השילוח, ובדרך כלל נמשכים 6–12 ימי עסקים

אף שאיננו יכולים להתחייב ללוחות הזמנים של חברות השילוח, אנו עושים כל מאמץ להכין ולשלוח את ההזמנה במהירות האפשרית ולוודא שתגיע אליכם בהקדם

פרטי מעקב יישלחו אליכם בדוא״ל או בהודעת SMS לאחר משלוח ההזמנה

האחריות למסירת פרטי משלוח נכונים חלה על הלקוח. אם הוזנה כתובת שגויה, יש ליצור עמנו קשר בתוך 12 שעות ממועד ביצוע ההזמנה. אם החבילה כבר נשלחה, Ferr אינה יכולה להתחייב לשינוי הכתובת או לניתוב מחדש

במקרה של עיכוב, אובדן, או סימון החבילה כ״נמסרה״ אך לא התקבלה בפועל, יש ליצור עמנו קשר על מנת שנוכל לפתוח בירור מול חברת השילוח.

ביטול, החזרות והחלפות

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א–1981, צרכן שביצע רכישה באמצעות אתר זה (המהווה עסקת מכר מרחוק) רשאי לבטל את העסקה תוך 14 ימים, לפי המאוחר מבין:

• המועד שבו קיבל הצרכן את המוצר בפועל; או

• המועד שבו קיבל הצרכן את פרטי העסקה, כנדרש על פי דין.

הצרכן אינו נדרש למסור סיבה לביטול העסקה.

ניתן להחזיר מוצרים תוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת ההזמנה. המוצרים חייבים להיות חדשים, לא בשימוש, לא נלבשו, לא כובסו, ובאריזתם המקורית. מטעמי היגיינה, לא ניתן להחזיר גרביים שנלבשו או כובסו.

 לצורך פתיחת בקשת החזרה, יש לשלוח דוא״ל לכתובת המייל ולצרף מספר הזמנה וסיבת ההחזרה. לאחר קבלת המוצר ואישור ההחזרה, יינתן החזר כספי תוך 5–7 ימי עסקים לאמצעי התשלום המקורי. דמי משלוח אינם ניתנים להחזר, אלא אם המוצר פגום או שגוי. כתובת המייל indigesoff@gmail.com היא 

החלפות מידה או צבע יתבצעו בכפוף לזמינות המלאי

במקרה שבו התקבל מוצר פגום, פגוע או שגוי, יש ליצור עמנו קשר תוך 48 שעות ממועד קבלת ההזמנה ולצרף תמונות, לצורך קבלת מוצר חלופי ללא עלות

עלויות משלוח ההחזרה חלות על הלקוח, אלא אם המוצר התקבל פגום או שגוי

תנאי שימוש

השימוש באתר החנות או ביצוע הזמנה מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה. הזמנות המבוצעות באתר מהוות הצעה לרכישה; החנות שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסרב או לבטל הזמנות בשל חשד להונאה, מסירת פרטים שגויים או חוסרים במלאי. המחירים באתר עשויים להשתנות בכל עת, אך שינויי מחיר לא יחולו על הזמנות שאושרו.

אנו עושים מאמצים לשמור על דיוק בתיאורי המוצרים ובתמונות, אולם ייתכנו סטיות קלות. החנות אינה אחראית לעיכובים מצד חברות שילוח, לכתובות שגויות, או לשימוש בלתי תקין במוצרים. אחריותנו מוגבלת לסכום ששולם בפועל עבור ההזמנה. תנאים אלה עשויים להתעדכן מעת לעת.

הגבלת אחריות

בכפוף למותר על פי כל דין, החנות לא תישא בכל אחריות לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים, מקריים, מיוחדים, תוצאתיים או עונשיים, לרבות אך לא רק פגיעה גופנית, אובדן רווחים, אובדן מידע או כל נזק או הפסד אחר, הנובעים משימוש או משימוש בלתי תקין במוצריה

השימוש בכל המוצרים נעשה באחריות הלקוח בלבד. באחריות הלקוח להשתמש במוצר בהתאם להוראות השימוש ולייעודו בלבד

שום דבר במדיניות זו לא נועד לגרוע מזכויות צרכן או להגביל אחריות שלא ניתן להגביל על פי דין
