Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Area:

We currently ship only within Israel. Orders placed with an international address will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery within Israel typically arrives within 2–7 business days. Shipments to remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Tracking Information:

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. From time to time we may offer free-delivery promotions.

Incorrect Address:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the parcel has already shipped, Ferr cannot be held responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect customer information.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us so we may open an investigation with the courier. This process may take several business days.
