Refund Policy

Eligibility:

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return:

Email us at indigesoff@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Refund Processing:

Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, contact us and we will assist you with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
